2 Day Class - In this course, students will learn how to perform an on-site investigation to determine the existence, nature, severity and location of lead-based paint hazards. Topics include report preparation, risk assessment protocols, hazard control options and cost estimates, developing the risk assessment report and management plans, interim control and maintenance procedures, and hands-on training.
